Our standard shipping is via FedEx Ground or USPS Ground. 

We ship orders Monday - Friday. Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days if all products are in stock. All orders are subject to verification and the order may be delayed or canceled if incorrect information is provided.

USA shipping rates (except Alaska, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands and Hawaii):

For orders $0- $104.99:

  • Standard Ground: $7.95
  • 2-Day Shipping: $19.95

For orders $105 and over (except Alaska, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands and Hawaii):

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Our standard shipping is via FedEx, UPS and FedEx SmartPost.

We ship orders Monday - Friday. Orders received over the weekend will be shipped on Monday.

If you select free ground shipping, orders placed before 11:45am EST will ship the next business day, and orders placed after 11:45am EST will ship in two business days. If you select 2 day shipping, orders placed before 1:45pm EST will ship the same business day, and orders placed after 1:45pm EST will go out the next business day. All orders are subject to verification and the order may be delayed or canceled if incorrect information is provided. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive with FedEx?

If you select free ground shipping" once shipped, orders can take 3-5 business days to arrive. We have a 2 day shipping and overnight option if you need your delivery sooner!

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is placed, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to track your order.

What is your return policy?

We’re sorry your order wasn’t perfect! Because of the nature of our product, we cannot accept returns.

However, if there is an error or issue with your order, please reach out to support@healthybaby.com explaining the issue, and we will work with you to sort out the problem!
